In our school there are four courses. Ours is the musical one; it consists of three afternoon lessons, during which we study an instrument. You can choose among four instruments: guitar, flute, piano and clarinet.
Another course is called “ prolungato ”; you have three lessons in the afternoon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Then there is the “ bilingue ” course where the pupils study two foreign languages: English and French.
Finally, the students of the "normale" course study only English and they don’t have after lunch lessons.

School magazine

Our school edits a school magazine at the end of the school year. It’s divided in several sections: chronicle, sport, humour and news of the school.
This year we will be in charge of the humour section. We’ll make caricatures and write jokes.
All the classes write articles for the magazine and then the second year put together all the material, like in a real redaction. This year there will be a big news: there is a CD enclosed in the school magazine.

Operetta

Every year the school puts on an “operetta”; it consists of a performance where the pupils are actors, singers, dancers and play all the instruments of orchestra.
Last year this performance won a lot of national prizes in a competition in Rome.

Musical show 

Twice a year the musical course prepare a musical show. In this show we play our instruments in the orchestra and we play famous songs. Many people come to school to listen to this little concert.

Solidarity

Every year our school organizes a solidarity project. We collect the money to adopt some children from Brazil and India and we are in touch by mail with them.
Some classes once a month pay a visit to the home for elderly people which is in our town and they celebrate the birthdays of old people with them. Sometimes we go there and play bingo: the guests are really happy when they see us.
Once a year the school celebrate the solidarity week with posters about examples of solidarity, people who come to give their examples of solidarity and other activities.
